How long does delivery take?
Delivery in Beirut 48 hours. Estimated 2-4 days elsewhere. You’ll receive tracking updates after your order is confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Lebanon. You can pay in cash when your order arrives.
Can I return or exchange a product?

1. Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be submitted within maximum 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must include its original packaging and accessories, where applicable.
- Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
- Exchanges are subject to product eligibility and availability.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.

3. Non-Exchangeable Products

Currently, Adawat delivers exclusively within Lebanon. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
